Key Responsibilities:

  • 1. Field Support & Uptime Improvement
  • a. Visit ROs for automation-related issues (MPD, ATG, APOS, RSP)
  • b. Ensure quick troubleshooting and restoration of systems
  • c. Support in maintaining high uptime and uninterrupted sales
  • 2. Preventive Maintenance & IT Sanitization
  • a. Perform regular IT sanitization of automation systems
  • b. Ensure proper cleaning, upkeep, and handling of equipment
  • c. Improve life of automation spares and devices via sanitization
  • 3. Breakdown Maintenance
  • a. Attend and resolve on-site breakdown complaints
  • b. Identify root cause and assist in permanent resolution
  • c. Coordinate with vendors for complex issues
  • 4. Support in Spare & Asset Management
  • d. Assist in availability and replacement of critical spares
  • e. Ensure faulty parts are identified and replaced timely
  • f. Reduce repeat failures through proper handling
  • 5. Vendor & IT Manager Coordination
  • a. Work closely with IT Manager for issue updates
  • b. Coordinate with OEM/vendor engineers during visits
  • c. Ensure proper communication and follow-up
  • 6. Complaint Handling (BROMA Support)
  • a. Support closure of BROMA complaints
  • b. Provide on-site updates and feedback
  • c. Ensure timely resolution of critical issues
  • 7. NRO Support & Commissioning
  • a. Assist in installation & commissioning of new ROs
  • b. Support testing and ensuring systems are fully operational
  • 8. Reporting & Feedback
  • a. Share field reports on:
  • b. Issues observed
  • c. Actions taken
  • d. Repeated failures
  • e. Provide inputs to improve overall up-time strategy

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹27,000.00 per month
