Job Position: IT Operations Executive

Location: Surat | On-site

Experience: 2–5 Years

Qualification: Bachelor’s Degree/Diploma in IT, Computer Science or related field.

Shift Timings: Monday to Saturday | 11:30 AM – 9:30 PM

Role Overview:

We are looking for a technically skilled IT Operations Executive to manage daily IT operations, user administration, device management, technical support, and endpoint security.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage Microsoft 365 administration, Intune, Entra ID & SharePoint Online.
  • User account creation, permissions, licensing & access management.
  • Device management for Windows, macOS & iOS.
  • Troubleshoot hardware, software, network & Outlook-related issues.
  • Handle employee onboarding/offboarding and IT asset management.
  • Support data backup, migration, application deployment & system recovery.
  • Monitor endpoint compliance and assist with basic cybersecurity.
  • Maintain IT documentation, SOPs and asset records.
  • Coordinate with vendors for IT hardware, software and technical support.

Required Skills:

  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft 365 administration, Intune & Entra ID.
  • Experience in endpoint/device management and IT support.
  • Knowledge of RBAC, MDM, backup & data migration.
  • Basic understanding of cybersecurity and networking.
  • Good troubleshooting, communication and documentation skills.

PowerShell | Microsoft Defender | Exchange Online | Apple Business Manager | Azure/AWS | ITIL

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹55,000.00 per month
