Job Summary

Shetron Limited is looking for an experienced EDP Executive with 4-5 YEARS of experience who is able to manage the organization's day-to-day IT infrastructure, ERP operations, and data management at our Bommasandra manufacturing facility. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of manufacturing ERP systems, hardware and network support, data security, and user support.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide end-user support for ERP applications and ensure smooth day-to-day system operations.
• Maintain and troubleshoot desktops, laptops, printers, scanners, and other IT peripherals.
• Manage user accounts, system access, and data backups.
• Coordinate with software vendors and external IT service providers for issue resolution and system maintenance.
• Monitor LAN/WAN connectivity, internet services, and network devices.
• Ensure timely resolution of hardware, software, and network-related issues.
• Support production, stores, accounts, purchase, and other departments with ERP-related activities.
• Maintain master data, generate reports, and ensure data accuracy in the ERP system.
• Perform regular system updates, antivirus management, and security checks.
• Maintain IT asset records and ensure proper documentation of IT infrastructure.
• Ensure compliance with company IT policies and data security standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Computer Science, Information Technology, Electronics, or a related field.
• 4–5 years of experience as an EDP Executive, IT Executive, or System Administrator in a manufacturing environment.
• Experience working with ERP systems in manufacturing industries is mandatory.

Required Skills

• Strong knowledge of ERP systems and manufacturing processes.
• Good understanding of Windows operating systems, networking (LAN/WAN), and hardware troubleshooting.
• Knowledge of MS SQL, database backup, and report generation will be an added advantage.
• Hands-on experience with printers, barcode printers, scanners, and other industrial IT equipment.
• Proficiency in MS Office.
• Good analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Preferred Candidate Profile

• Experience in a manufacturing company.
• Ability to work independently and coordinate with multiple departments.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to system uptime.
• Willingness to provide support during critical production requirements when needed.

Location Preference: Candidates based in Bengaluru or willing to work from Bommasandra will be preferred.

Pay: ₹500,000.00 - ₹600,000.00 per year
