Responsibilities include managing vendor relationships, tracking shipments, optimizing logistical processes, maintaining accurate records, and resolving operational issues to meet customer demands and compliance standards. Key Responsibilities

• Operations Management: Oversee daily logistics operations, including transportation planning, dispatch, and warehouse activities.
• Supply Chain Optimization: Analyze logistics data to improve efficiency and reduce costs.
• Vendor Relations: Coordinate with suppliers, carriers, and freight forwarders, negotiating rates and performance contracts.
• Inventory Control: Manage stock levels, accuracy, and warehousing to ensure product availability.
• Documentation & Compliance: Ensure all documentation for shipments is accurate and compliant with regulations.
• Problem Resolution: Monitor shipments and resolve issues like delays, damages, or logistical bottlenecks.

Requirements and Skills

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Experience: Typically 2–3+ years of experience in logistics, transportation, or supply chain roles.
• Technical Skills: Proficiency in logistics software (e.g., SAP, Oracle), warehouse management systems (WMS), and Microsoft Excel.
• Competencies: Strong negotiation, analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
