Full job description

We are looking for an experienced Senior Lift Technician / Elevator Engineer who can independently manage lift maintenance, troubleshooting, and breakdown handling. The candidate should ensure safe and smooth operation of elevators across client sites.

Key Responsibilities

  • Perform preventive maintenance (AMC) of elevators
  • Attend and resolve breakdown calls independently
  • Diagnose and repair electrical and mechanical faults
  • Conduct safety checks (door sensors, brakes, ARD, alarms)
  • Maintain service logs and inspection records
  • Ensure lifts comply with safety and operational standards
  • Communicate with clients professionally during service visits
  • Support annual inspection readiness

Required Skills

  • Strong knowledge of lift systems and components
  • Experience in troubleshooting control panels and wiring
  • Familiarity with ARD systems, sensors, and motors
  • Ability to work independently in field conditions
  • Good problem-solving and decision-making skills

  • Minimum 4–8 years in elevator industry
  • Experience with brands like:
  • Otis
  • KONE
  • Schindler
  • Johnson

Qualification

  • ITI / Diploma / B.Tech (Electrical / Electronics preferred)
