Diploma in Electrical Engineering from a recognized institute.3–4 years of relevant experience in building maintenance, office facility maintenance or electrical maintenance. Experience in coordinating appliance servicing, AMCs and external maintenance agencies. Candidates with experience in corporate offices, commercial buildings or institutional facilities will be preferred.

• Ensure regular maintenance of office buildings, including electrical fittings, lighting, fans, switches, wiring and power distribution systems.
• Monitor the condition of doors, windows, plumbing, washrooms, water supply, drainage and other building infrastructure.
• Identify maintenance issues and arrange timely repairs to minimize operational disruptions.
• Conduct periodic inspections of the building and maintain a record of maintenance requirements.
• Attend to routine electrical faults and coordinate repairs of electrical installations.
• Monitor the functioning of electrical panels, MCBs, UPS, inverters and other electrical equipment.
• Ensure electrical safety standards are followed during maintenance and repair activities.
• Coordinate with qualified electricians or external agencies for major electrical work.
• Maintain an updated record of office appliances and equipment, including air conditioners, refrigerators, water coolers, RO systems, generators, UPS and other installed equipment, as applicable.
• Track Annual Maintenance Contracts (AMCs), warranty periods, service schedules and renewal dates.
• Coordinate with service providers for preventive servicing, breakdown repairs and replacement of defective parts.
• Verify service completion and maintain AMC agreements, service reports, bills and equipment history.

Pay: Up to ₹45,000.00 per month
