Key Responsibilities:

- Developing and implementing maintenance strategies:This includes creating preventative maintenance programs and strategies to improve reliability and minimize downtime.
- Managing repairs and upkeep:This includes handling both routine maintenance tasks and addressing emergency repair issues promptly.
- Managing maintenance budgets:This involves optimizing operational effectiveness and ensuring that maintenance work is completed within budget and on time.
- Ensuring compliance with safety regulations:This includes conducting safety inspections and ensuring that all maintenance activities adhere to relevant regulations and standards.
- Managing and mentoring maintenance staff:This may involve training junior staff, assessing performance, and providing guidance.
- Maintaining records of maintenance activities:This includes keeping track of work orders, equipment manuals, and inventory of spare parts.
- Collaborating with other departments:This involves working with other departments to identify and implement process improvements and cost-saving initiatives.
- Handling emergency maintenance requests:This requires a prompt and efficient response to resolve issues quickly.

Qualifications:
