Full job description

We are seeking a confident, articulate, and presentable News Anchor to join our media team. The ideal candidate must possess strong Hindi communication skills, a natural camera presence, and a high degree of confidence. We welcome applications from Mass Communication freshers, experienced media professionals, models, and digital content creators/influencers looking to transition into television journalism. Key Responsibilities On-Camera Anchoring: Host live news bulletins, special feature shows, and breaking news segments with high energy and professional demeanor. Field Reporting & Travel: Travel on location for outstation shoots, ground reporting, and special coverage as required. Script Reading & Adaptation: Read from a teleprompter smoothly while maintaining screen presence, engaging body language, and clear diction. Interviewing: Conduct interviews with guests, experts, and public figures both in-studio and on location. Content Collaboration: Work closely with the editorial and production teams to review scripts, plan show formats, and verify story details before broadcasting. Key Requirements & Qualifications Communication Skills: Exceptional command of the Hindi language (clear pronunciation, strong voice modulation, and excellent vocabulary). Camera Confidence: Excellent presentation, well-groomed appearance, and strong screen presence. Travel Flexibility: Willingness to travel anywhere for outstation shoots and field reporting on short notice.
