Job Summary

As a Video Content Producer, your key responsibilities include:

• Owning the entire video production process—from ideation and scripting to production and final delivery.
• Creating long-form storytelling content, including documentary-style and episodic formats, that captivates and educates audiences.
• Guiding shoots with a strong sense of framing, composition, and narrative flow to ensure high-quality output.
• Collaborating with cross-country teams to adapt content for diverse markets and cultural contexts.
• Managing timelines, production workflows, and multiple content outputs to deliver projects on schedule without compromising quality.

Qualification & Experience

• Bachelor’s Degree in any discipline.
• Minimum 3 to 5 years of hands-on experience in video-first content creation.
• Proven ability in storytelling and scripting across multiple formats.
