Campus Search is a premier education consultancy dedicated to guiding students toward successful futures. We specialize in providing expert admission guidance to Higher Secondary (+2) students, helping them secure seats in top-tier professional courses across Bangalore and Tamil Nadu.

We are expanding our operations and looking for enthusiastic, result-driven Academic Counselors to join our teams in Kochi, Trivandrum, and Kollam.

Key Responsibilities:

• Counsel Higher Secondary (+2) students and parents regarding professional career paths (Engineering, Allied Health Sciences, Management, Nursing, etc.).
• Guide students on college selection, fee structures, eligibility, and admission processes for top colleges in Bangalore and Tamil Nadu.
• Handle walk-in inquiries, telephonic consultations, and online leads.
• Follow up consistently with leads to assist them through the enrollment process.
• Meet monthly and seasonal admission targets.

Requirements & Skills:

• Experience: 1 to 3 years of experience in an Education Consultancy or sales/counseling role (Highly Preferred).
• Education: Bachelor's degree (Preferred).
• Communication: Strong interpersonal and convincing skills.
• Language: Fluency in Malayalam and English is mandatory. (Knowledge of Tamil or Kannada is a bonus).
• Deep understanding of the higher education system and major colleges in Bangalore/Tamil Nadu.
