alary: ₹3.00–₹4.20 LPA fixed, plus performance incentives of up to ₹6.00 LPA.

Potential annual earnings: ₹9.00–₹10.20 lakh, including the maximum stated monthly incentive of ₹50,000, subject to eligibility and performance.

Job Summary

D A R Jewellery is looking for customer-focused Sales Executives to deliver an excellent showroom experience, understand customer requirements, recommend suitable jewellery, and achieve individual and showroom sales targets.

Key Responsibilities

  • Welcome customers and understand their jewellery requirements, preferences, and budgets.
  • Explain gold, diamond, silver, and antique jewellery collections, subject to product training.
  • Explain gold purity, BIS 916 hallmarking, HUID, jewellery pricing, making charges, and applicable offers accurately.
  • Demonstrate jewellery designs and recommend suitable products for weddings, gifting, and personal purchases.
  • Achieve monthly sales, conversion, and customer satisfaction targets.
  • Generate additional sales through cross-selling and upselling.
  • Maintain customer relationships and follow up on enquiries and prospective purchases.
  • Inform customers about online shopping, Click & Collect, and other available services.
  • Maintain showroom presentation, product handling standards, and customer service quality.
  • Coordinate with billing, inventory, and customer service teams to ensure smooth transactions.

Eligibility

  • Graduate or equivalent qualification preferred.
  • 1–3 years of retail sales experience preferred; jewellery experience is an advantage.
  • Excellent communication and customer-handling skills.
  • Presentable, target-oriented, and comfortable working in a showroom environment.
  • Willingness to work retail shifts, weekends, and festival periods.

KPIs

  • Monthly individual sales achievement.
  • Conversion rate of showroom walk-ins.
  • Average bill value and units sold.
  • Cross-selling and upselling performance.
  • Customer feedback and repeat purchases.
  • Follow-up effectiveness and lead conversion.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
