Job Summary
We are looking for a dynamic and customer-focused Senior Sales Executive to join our team. The role involves assisting customers in selecting premium jewellery collections, achieving sales targets, and building long-term customer relationships.
Key Responsibilities
- Welcome and assist customers with professionalism and warmth
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable jewellery collections
- Achieve individual and showroom sales targets
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships for repeat business
- Provide detailed product knowledge on gold, diamond, platinum, and precious stone jewellery
- Handle billing coordination, customer queries, and after-sales support
- Ensure visual merchandising standards and showroom presentation are maintained
- Support promotional activities, festive campaigns, and customer engagement initiatives
- Maintain high standards of customer satisfaction and brand representation
Requirements
- Minimum 3–5 years of experience in jewellery retail or luxury retail sales
