Key Responsibilities

  • Welcome and assist customers with professionalism and warmth
  • Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable jewellery collections
  • Achieve individual and showroom sales targets
  • Build and maintain strong customer relationships for repeat business
  • Provide detailed product knowledge on gold, diamond, platinum, and precious stone jewellery
  • Handle billing coordination, customer queries, and after-sales support
  • Ensure visual merchandising standards and showroom presentation are maintained
  • Support promotional activities, festive campaigns, and customer engagement initiatives
