Position: Store Executive – 2 Positions

Location: Jaipur, Rajasthan | On-Site

Project: New EPC Building Construction Projects

Facility: Food & Accommodation provided by Company

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle material inward and outward entries and maintain supporting documentation.
• Verify received materials against purchase orders, invoices, and delivery challans.
• Maintain stock registers, inventory tracker sheets, GRNs, and material issue slips.
• Assist in physical stock verification, stock reconciliation, and inventory control.
• Track the movement of construction materials, equipment, tools, and consumables.
• Prepare daily material reports and update MIS records using MS Excel.
• Coordinate with the Store In-Charge, procurement team, and site engineers.
• Ensure systematic storage, identification, and documentation of materials.

Eligibility & Required Skills

• Qualification: Graduate / Diploma in Commerce, Material Management, Supply Chain, Mechanical Engineering, or a relevant discipline.
• Experience: Relevant experience in store management, inventory control, material verification, or store auditing.
• Working knowledge of MS Excel, inventory management, MIS reporting, and stock reconciliation.
• Strong documentation, coordination, organizational, and analytical skills.
• Willingness to work on-site in Jaipur and undertake project-site visits as required for the Store Auditor role.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹33,000.00 per month
