Responsibilities:

  • Manage day-to-day warehouse operations and inventory.
  • Receive, inspect, and record incoming materials/products.
  • Ensure proper storage, labeling, and organization of stock.
  • Maintain accurate inventory records and stock levels.
  • Conduct regular stock audits and inventory reconciliation.
  • Process customer orders through picking, packing, and dispatch.
  • Coordinate with logistics partners for timely deliveries.
  • Handle product returns, replacements, and reverse logistics.
  • Maintain GRN, dispatch, stock transfer, and inventory records.
  • Update inventory data in ERP/WMS and MS Excel.
  • Monitor product quality and report damaged or missing stock.
  • Ensure warehouse cleanliness, safety, and compliance with SOPs.
  • Support fulfillment of B2B, B2C, and e-commerce orders.
  • Track dispatch status and resolve shipment-related issues.
  • Minimize inventory discrepancies, stock losses, and damages.
  • Ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment.
  • Support management during inventory audits and operational reviews.
