Position: Executive – Warehouse

Department: Warehouse

Job Summary

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Executive – Warehouse to manage day-to-day warehouse operations, ensuring the timely receipt, storage, and dispatch of raw materials, packaging materials, and finished goods while maintaining inventory accuracy and compliance with company policies.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage inward and outward material activities.
  • Ensure proper receipt, storage, and issuance of raw materials, packaging materials, and finished goods.
  • Maintain accurate inventory records and perform regular stock reconciliation.
  • Monitor stock levels and coordinate with Production and Purchase departments.
  • Prepare GRN, material issue slips, delivery challans, and other warehouse documentation.
  • Ensure FIFO/FEFO practices are followed wherever applicable.
  • Conduct cycle counts and support periodic physical inventory verification.
  • Coordinate loading and unloading activities with transporters.
  • Maintain warehouse housekeeping as per 5S and GMP requirements.
  • Ensure compliance with warehouse SOPs, safety standards, and company policies.
  • Monitor warehouse manpower and ensure smooth daily operations.
  • Handle ERP transactions related to inventory movement.
  • Support internal, customer, and regulatory audits by maintaining accurate records.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvement and cost optimization.

Qualifications

  • Graduate in any discipline.
  • Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, or Materials Management will be an added advantage.

Experience

  • 2–5 years of experience in Warehouse operations.
  • Experience in the Nutraceutical, Food, Pharma, FMCG, or Manufacturing industry will be preferred.
