Full job description

  • Plan, manage, and supervise all HR and Administration activities across the organization.
  • Oversee end-to-end recruitment, selection, onboarding, induction, and employee confirmation processes.
  • Develop and implement HR policies, SOPs, employee handbooks, and administrative procedures.
  • Monitor employee attendance, leave management, shift schedules, and payroll inputs.
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws, statutory requirements, company policies, and government regulations.
  • Handle employee grievances, disciplinary actions, conflict resolution, and employee engagement initiatives.
  • Coordinate performance appraisal, promotions, transfers, and employee development programs.
  • Manage employee records, personnel files, HRMS, and confidential HR documentation.
  • Supervise office administration, housekeeping, security, transport, office maintenance, and facility management.
  • Ensure proper maintenance of office infrastructure, equipment, furniture, and utilities.
  • Coordinate procurement of office supplies, stationery, uniforms, and administrative requirements.
  • Manage vendor contracts related to housekeeping, security, maintenance, and other administrative services.
  • Prepare HR and Administration budgets and monitor departmental expenses.
  • Conduct audits of HR and administrative processes to ensure compliance and operational efficiency.
  • Organize employee welfare programs, training sessions, meetings, and company events.
  • Coordinate with department heads for manpower planning and resource allocation.
  • Prepare and submit HR MIS, manpower reports, attendance reports, and administrative reports to Management.
  • Ensure confidentiality of employee information and company records.
  • Support Management in organizational development, policy implementation, and strategic HR initiatives.
  • Maintain discipline, workplace ethics, and a positive work environment.
  • Follow and enforce company policies, SOPs, health and safety standards, and statutory guidelines.
  • Perform any other duties assigned by Management.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
