We're looking for an experienced HR professional to lead our people operations and build a high-performing workplace culture.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage end-to-end recruitment and onboarding processes.
- Develop and implement HR policies and procedures.
- Handle employee engagement, performance management, and retention strategies.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.
- Manage payroll coordination, attendance and HR documentation.
- Resolve employee grievances and maintain a positive work environment.
- Lead HR initiatives that support business growth.
Pay: ₹45,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
