Job Title: HR Head

Department: Human Resources

Reporting To: Managing Director / Director / CEO

Location: Delhi, Gurgaon, Ahmedabad, Pune, Bangalore, Chennai, Jaipur, Varanasi.

Job Location will be Varanasi.

Job Summary:

The HR Head is responsible for leading and managing the overall Human Resources function, including talent acquisition, employee relations, performance management, compensation & benefits, policy implementation, compliance, learning & development, and organizational culture. The role ensures alignment of HR strategies with business objectives and supports organizational growth through effective people management.

Key Responsibilities:

HR Strategy & Leadership

Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with business goals.

Drive organizational development and workforce planning initiatives.

Advise management on HR-related matters and employee engagement strategies.

Establish and maintain a positive workplace culture.

Talent Acquisition & Workforce Planning

Lead end-to-end recruitment and selection processes.

Develop hiring strategies to attract and retain top talent.

Build relationships with recruitment agencies, consultants, and educational institutions.

Monitor manpower planning and succession planning activities.

Employee Relations & Engagement

Address employee grievances and workplace concerns.

Foster a productive and professional work environment.

Implement employee engagement and retention programs.

Conduct regular employee feedback and satisfaction initiatives.

Performance Management

Design and implement performance appraisal systems.

Monitor employee performance and development plans.

Support managers in setting KPIs and performance objectives.
