Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced IT Security Analyst with expertise in application security, web application firewalls, and network security. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with F5 ASM, Shape Security, WAF technologies, security incident response, and security automation. This role is responsible for securing critical applications, conducting security assessments, and strengthening the organization's overall cybersecurity posture.

Key Responsibilities

• Configure, deploy, and manage F5 ASM, Shape Security, and Web Application Firewall (WAF) solutions to protect critical applications from evolving threats.
• Perform comprehensive security assessments and vulnerability analyses of web applications and network infrastructure.
• Troubleshoot and enhance application and network security using advanced knowledge of HTTP, TCP/IP, SSL, DNS, and related protocols.
• Develop, maintain, and optimize security automation tools and scripts using Python.
• Conduct deep packet inspection, forensic analysis, and incident investigations to identify and mitigate security threats.
• Collaborate with development, infrastructure, and operations teams to integrate security best practices throughout the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
• Monitor emerging cybersecurity threats, vulnerabilities, and industry trends, and recommend improvements to security controls.
• Create and maintain security documentation, including policies, procedures, incident reports, and technical configurations.
• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to team members and stakeholders.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Cybersecurity, or a related field.
• 8+ years of experience in IT Security with a strong focus on application security and network protection.
• Hands-on experience with F5 ASM, Shape Security, Web Application Firewall (WAF) technologies, and security policy management.
• Strong understanding of HTTP, TCP/IP, SSL, DNS protocols, and the TCP/IP networking stack.
• Extensive knowledge of cybersecurity principles, security frameworks, and incident response methodologies.
• Proficiency in Python scripting for security automation, monitoring, and analysis.
• Experience conducting vulnerability assessments, security investigations, and threat mitigation activities.
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with packet capture and analysis tools such as Wireshark or similar technologies.
• Knowledge of cloud security concepts and modern security architectures.
• Familiarity with DevSecOps practices and security automation frameworks.
• Relevant certifications such as CISSP, CEH, GIAC, Security+, or equivalent are preferred.
• Experience working in enterprise-scale environments with complex application ecosystems.

Pay: ₹70,000.00 - ₹90,000.00 per month
