Position: International Sales Executive – UK ProcessKey Responsibilities Sales & Business Development

• Make outbound calls to prospective customers in the UK market.
• Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable products/services.
• Generate new business opportunities and convert leads into sales.
• Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets and KPIs.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships to encourage repeat business.
• Effectively handle objections and negotiate with customers to close sales.

Customer Interaction

• Deliver a professional and consultative sales experience.
• Understand customer pain points and provide value-driven solutions.
• Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction throughout the sales process.
• Follow up with prospects and nurture leads through the sales pipeline.

CRM & Reporting

• Accurately update customer information and sales activities in CRM systems.
• Maintain detailed records of interactions, follow-ups, and conversions.
• Track sales performance and contribute to team goals.

Compliance & Quality

• Follow company policies, UK compliance guidelines, and sales processes.
• Ensure all customer information is handled securely and confidentially.
• Maintain high-quality standards during customer interactions.

Candidate RequirementsEssential Skills

• Excellent spoken English with a clear and professional communication style.
• Strong sales, negotiation, and persuasion skills.
• Ability to build rapport and influence customer decisions.
• Self-motivated, target-driven, and results-oriented mindset.
• Strong listening, objection-handling, and problem-solving abilities.
• Basic computer proficiency and familiarity with CRM tools.

Qualifications

• Minimum Qualification: Graduate preferred.
• Experience in International Sales, UK Sales Process, BPO, Telesales, or Customer Service is preferred.
• Freshers with exceptional communication and sales aptitude may also apply.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
