Job Title : Senior Agentic AI Workflow Engineer
Location : Mohali
Job Description
We are hiring a senior, hands-on AI engineer to help build a workflow-driven AI product using autonomous agents and large language models.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys building real systems, making practical engineering decisions, and staying involved as a product grows over time. While architectural thinking is required, this is primarily a hands-on execution role.
Responsibilities
- Build and maintain agent-based AI workflows
- Develop backend services and APIs for AI-driven systems
- Integrate LLMs with databases and internal/external tools
- Work with both commercial and open-source LLMs
- Make engineering decisions with a focus on performance, cost, and scalability
- Document systems to support long-term maintenance and growth.
Required Skills
- 5+ years of experience in software engineering or AI systems
- Strong Python programming skills
- Backend development experience (Fast API, Flask, Django, etc.)
- Experience with MongoDB, MySQL/PostgreSQL
- Experience building agentic or workflow-based AI systems
- Experience using LLM platforms such as OpenAI, Gemini, or Claude
