The Position:

As a Sales Operations Analyst, the collaboration with the Revenue Operations team will be pivotal in refining and enhancing both pre-sales and post-sales workflows. This role will be the linchpin that ensures seamless integration of technology into our sales strategies, enabling our client-facing professionals to maximize the use of our advanced tools and platforms. Your expertise will not only streamline operations but also empower the sales team to exceed performance benchmarks through optimized processes and innovative solutions.

Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Regularly assess the impact of performance using Arbinger's 3A+ assessment tool.
  • Leverage Asana to intake requests from the sales team, prioritize work, and track tasks to completion.
  • Serve as a go-to person for technical bugs across a world-class sales tech stack, including Salesforce, Gong, Domo, Conga, Nue, and other technologies.
  • Assist members of the RevOps team with projects and issues that arise within Salesforce.
  • Champion the use of technology, tools, and processes to maintain the source(s) of truth of our sales, marketing and customer success data.
  • Identify gaps, design solutions, and carry out projects to promote data accuracy.
  • Proactively search for areas to improve, streamline and scale using data, process and systems analyses that measurably impact company profitability.
  • Collaborate with end users and stakeholders to understand the details of a business problem, its impact on the business, and the desired outcome the team wishes to achieve.
  • Perform detailed investigations to reveal potential insights into root causes, areas of most impact, priorities of focus, and recommended paths forward.
  • Work across a mix of proactive projects and reactive support for business stakeholders in Marketing, Sales, and Customer Experience.
  • Lead development of projects, measuring the real impact of solutions and adapting as necessary to overcome unexpected roadblocks or other obstacles.
  • Manage cross-functional stakeholders and lead by influence on company-wide initiatives to move the needle on revenue growth.

Required Capabilities:

  • Proven organizational skills, multitasking skills, and attention to detail and deadlines.
  • Ability to understand and utilize best practices during the development and release process.
  • Ability to conceptualize business processes, clearly illustrate pain points and recommend changes to the systems that support those processes.
  • An understanding of key Sales, Marketing, and Client Success concepts and how they work in practice (e.g. solution selling).
  • Basic understanding of the B2B technology landscape.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to manage large sets of data.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and collaborate with multiple departments.
  • High Excel proficiency.

Preferred Capabilities:

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to work collaboratively with sales executives and other stakeholders.
  • A solid understanding of sales methodologies, consumer behavior, and sales processes.
  • Ability to tell the story and present the results in a clear and impactful way.

Education and Experience:

  • Salesforce.com experience is strongly preferred; Salesforce Administrator certification is preferred.
  • Administration experience with best-in-class CRM and related tools in the Marketing, Sales and Customer Experience tech stack for SaaS companies (e.g. Hubspot, Outreach, Gong, Zoom, ZoomInfo, with a desire to learn how to become an expert.
  • 1-3 years of experience in Sales Operations or Revenue Operations in a B2B sales environment
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Finance, or a related field is preferred.

Physical Requirements:

  • Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
