We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Amazon Seller Account Manager to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing our clients' Amazon accounts, implementing effective strategies to boost sales, and ensuring optimal performance of sponsored ad campaigns. This role requires a keen understanding of e-commerce dynamics, strong analytical skills, and the ability to communicate effectively with clients.

Key Responsibilities:

Managing Client's Account: Oversee and manage the day-to-day operations of clients' Amazon seller accounts.
Monitor account health, address issues, and ensure overall account compliance.

Running Sponsored Ad Campaigns:Develop and execute effective sponsored ad campaigns to enhance product visibility and drive sales.
Regularly analyze campaign performance, adjust strategies, and optimize for maximum ROI.

Boosting Sales:Implement strategies to increase product sales and revenue.
Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling to maximize customer value.

Optimizing Product Listings:Optimize product listings for search visibility, conversion, and customer satisfaction.
Conduct keyword research and competitor analysis to enhance product positioning.

Manage Account Safety:Implement and monitor security measures to ensure the safety and integrity of client accounts.
Stay updated on Amazon's policies and guidelines to prevent account-related issues.

Plan of Actions for Account Reinstatement:Develop and execute plans of action to address and resolve account issues or suspensions.
Liaise with Amazon support to facilitate the reinstatement of suspended accounts.

Communication with Clients:Maintain regular and transparent communication with clients regarding account performance, strategies, and results.
Provide timely updates on key metrics, challenges, and opportunities.


  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • 1-2 years of experience in a similar role within an e-commerce service provider company.
  • Proven track record of successfully managing Amazon seller accounts and driving sales.
  • In-depth knowledge of Amazon's Seller Central platform and policies.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
