Job Summary

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Junior Engineer to support site execution, project coordination, maintenance activities, and technical operations at various project locations. The candidate will assist senior engineers in daily engineering activities, documentation, quality checks, and workforce coordination.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in daily site supervision and execution work.
• Monitor project progress and report daily activities to senior management.
• Coordinate with supervisors, contractors, and site workers.
• Ensure work is completed according to drawings, specifications, and safety standards.
• Prepare daily progress reports (DPR) and maintain site records.
• Support material planning, inspection, and inventory management.
• Conduct quality checks and ensure compliance with company standards.
• Help in troubleshooting technical and operational issues at the site.
• Maintain proper documentation related to project activities.
• Follow company safety guidelines and operational procedures.

Required Qualifications

• Diploma / B.Tech / BE in Civil, Mechanical, Electrical, or related engineering field.
• Freshers or candidates with 0–2 years of experience can apply.
• Basic knowledge of MS Office, AutoCAD, and reporting tools.
• Good communication and coordination skills.
• Willingness to travel and work at project sites.
