ABOUT THE ROLE
Advanced Telemed is hiring a skilled, detail-oriented Operations & QA Personnel to support our teleradiology operations during day hours. This is a hands-on technical role for a trained imaging technologist who will ensure every study meets quality standards before it reaches our radiologists. You'll be a core part of our daytime workflow — monitoring incoming studies, performing quality assurance, troubleshooting issues, and keeping turnaround times on track.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Monitor and manage the teleradiology workflow, ensuring studies are routed, prioritized, and delivered on time
- Perform quality assurance (QA) on incoming studies — image completeness, positioning, protocol adherence, patient/exam data accuracy, and diagnostic quality
- Identify and flag technical or quality issues (artifacts, missing series, mislabeled studies) and coordinate corrections with originating sites
- Support radiologists by ensuring studies are complete and properly presented for interpretation
- Maintain accurate logs of studies processed, QA findings, and escalations
- Troubleshoot basic PACS/RIS and image-transfer issues; escalate as needed
- Uphold patient data confidentiality and compliance standards at all times

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
- Trained/certified imaging technologist with hands-on experience across X-ray, CT, and Ultrasound (additional modalities a plus)
- 3–7 years of experience as an imaging/radiology technologist
- Strong understanding of imaging protocols, positioning, and diagnostic-quality standards
- Available to work in Night time Tuesday to Sunday, 9:30 PM – 6:30 AM, Work From Home.
- Able to work from our Lower Parel, Mumbai office
- Detail-oriented, reliable, and able to work both independently and as part of a team
- Comfortable with PACS/RIS systems and digital imaging workflows

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
- Prior experience in a teleradiology or remote imaging environment
- Familiarity with PACS, RIS, and DICOM standards
- QA experience in a high-volume imaging setting
- Strong written and verbal communication
