Location: Dadar (West), Mumbai
Employment Type: Full-Time | Permanent
Salary: ₹3.0 – ₹4.2 LPA CTC (Based on Experience) + Performance Incentives
Experience: Freshers and Experienced Candidates are Welcome to Apply
Education: Bachelor's Degree or Master's Degree in any discipline (MBA candidates are preferred)
Languages Required: Hindi and English (Knowledge of any additional language will be an added advantage.)

Job Summary

As a Management Trainee Officer, you will undergo structured training across multiple departments to gain practical business knowledge and develop leadership, analytical, and decision-making skills. Upon successful completion of the training program, you will be assigned to a suitable department based on business requirements and your performance.

Key Responsibilities

  • Participate in structured training programs across different business functions.
  • Learn and understand company policies, operational procedures, and business processes.
  • Support day-to-day operational and administrative activities.
  • Assist department managers in planning, execution, and process improvement initiatives.
  • Prepare reports, maintain documentation, and analyze operational data.
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth workflow.
  • Identify opportunities for improving productivity and operational efficiency.
  • Participate in meetings, training sessions, and business review discussions.
  • Demonstrate leadership potential, professionalism, and a willingness to learn.
  • Perform additional responsibilities assigned by the reporting manager.

Qualifications & Eligibility

  • Bachelor's Degree or Master's Degree in any discipline.
  • MBA candidates will have an added advantage.
  • Freshers are highly encouraged to apply.
  • 0–2 years of experience in operations, administration, management, or related fields is preferred.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Basic computer knowledge, including MS Office (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint).
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced and collaborative environment.
