We are a consumer products company seeking a Product Compliance Specialist with experience in regulatory compliance, product testing, packaging, labeling, and safety requirements for U.S. retailers and licensed products.

*****This is NOT a software QA/testing role.

Product Safety & Compliance Specialist:

  • CA Prop 65
  • FDA
  • CPSC
  • ASTM
  • Consumer Products
  • Packaging & Labeling Compliance

Key Responsibilities:

  • Review and interpret customer routing guides and compliance requirements
  • Analyze product testing and inspection reports for accuracy and adherence
  • Verify shipment images prior to dispatch approval
  • Coordinate with internal teams and vendors to resolve compliance issues
  • Ensure all shipments meet quality and regulatory standards

Requirements:

  • Strong attention to detail and analytical skills
  • Good communication and coordination abilities
  • Proficiency in MS Excel and documentation review
  • MBA Preferred

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
