Key ResponsibilitiesStrategy & Leadership
- Develop and implement a comprehensive digital marketing strategy aligned with company growth goals
- Lead and mentor the digital marketing team (SEO, social media, paid ads, content, designers)
- Set monthly, quarterly, and annual KPIs and ensure achievement
Performance Marketing & Lead Generation
- Plan, execute, and optimize Google Ads, Meta Ads, and other paid campaigns
- Drive high-quality leads with controlled CAC and strong ROI
- Monitor conversion funnels and improve lead-to-sales conversion
Brand Building & Online Presence
- Strengthen brand visibility across digital platforms
- Oversee content strategy for websites, blogs, social media, and campaigns
- Ensure consistent brand messaging and design standards
Website & SEO
- Own website performance including traffic, UX, SEO, and conversions
- Work with developers for landing pages, tracking tools, and improvements
- Improve organic rankings and inbound lead flow
Analytics & Reporting
- Track performance using tools like Google Analytics, Search Console, CRM, and ad dashboards
- Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports for management
