Position Overview

We are looking for an experienced professional from the International Patient Department (IPD) / International Business Division of reputed hospitals such as Apollo Hospitals, Max Healthcare, BLK-Max Super Speciality Hospital, Fortis Healthcare, or other leading multispecialty hospitals.

The ideal candidate should possess strong relationships with international referral partners, embassies, facilitators, insurance companies, and healthcare stakeholders, with proven expertise in handling overseas patients and driving medical tourism business.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and expand international business for medical tourism services.
• Build strategic partnerships with international referral agencies, facilitators, embassies, corporate clients, and healthcare organizations.
• Generate high-value international patient leads.
• Coordinate with hospitals, doctors, and internal teams to ensure seamless patient management.
• Handle end-to-end patient journey, including treatment planning, quotations, visa assistance, travel coordination, and post-treatment follow-up.
• Develop country-wise business strategies for Africa, Bangladesh, Iraq, Oman, UAE, Kenya, Nigeria, Tanzania, Nepal, and other target markets.
• Represent the company in international healthcare conferences, exhibitions, and business meetings.
• Achieve monthly and quarterly business development targets.
• Maintain strong relationships with hospital partners and key international stakeholders.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Management, Marketing, or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in the International Patient Department or International Business Division of reputed hospitals.
• Candidates with experience at Apollo Hospitals, Max Healthcare, BLK-Max Super Speciality Hospital, Fortis Healthcare, or similar organizations will be given preference.
• Strong understanding of medical tourism operations and international patient management.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
• Existing international network and referral partner base will be a significant advantage.
• Fluency in English is mandatory. Additional foreign language skills are an added advantage.

Preferred Candidate Profile

• Proven track record of generating international patient revenue.
• Experience handling patients from Africa, the Middle East, CIS countries, Bangladesh, Nepal, and Southeast Asia.
• Ability to work independently and drive business growth.
• Strong leadership, networking, and client relationship skills.

Pay: ₹13,968.73 - ₹58,228.31 per month
