Role Overview

We are looking for a skilled Full Stack Developer with expertise in React.js and Node.js. The ideal candidate will be responsible for building scalable web applications, developing intuitive user interfaces, and designing robust backend systems. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver high-performance, user-centric solutions.

Key Responsibilities

Back-End Development:

• Strong experience with Node.js
• Develop and maintain server-side applications and APIs using technologies such as Node.js, Python, or Java.
• Manage database systems (e.g., MySQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB) for efficient data storage and retrieval.
• Implement security and data protection measures across applications.
• Apply strong understanding of data structures, algorithms, and system design principles

Front-End Development:

• Strong experience with React.js
• Develop responsive and high-performance web applications using React.js
• Build reusable components and scalable frontend architecture
• Implement state management solutions (Redux, Context API, or similar)
• Optimize applications for speed, performance, and cross-browser compatibility
• Ensure seamless user experience across devices

Full-Stack Responsibilities:

• Own complete feature lifecycle: design, development, testing, and deployment
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and deliver product features
• Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code
• Conduct code reviews and maintain high development standards
• Troubleshoot, debug, and enhance application performance and scalability

What We’re Looking For:

• 5+ years of hands-on experience in full stack development
• Strong proficiency in React.js, JavaScript (ES6+), HTML5, CSS3
• Solid experience in Node.js and backend development
• Experience in building and consuming RESTful APIs
• Strong understanding of frontend architecture and performance optimization
• Good knowledge of backend architecture and system design
• Experience with databases: MySQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB, or MSSQL
• Familiarity with Git or version control systems
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail

Preferred Skills:

• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud)
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices
• Experience working on high-traffic or lead-generation platforms
• Exposure to prop-tech or real estate domain
• Understanding of Agile methodologies

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
• A minimum of 5 years experience as a Full-Stack Developer or similar role.
