Responsible for operating and monitoring the paper manufacturing process to ensure safe, efficient, and continuous production of quality paper. Maintains production targets, monitors machine performance, and ensures that paper produced meets the required specifications and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

* Operate and monitor paper manufacturing machinery and equipment.

* Ensure smooth running of the paper machine and related production processes.

* Monitor paper quality, GSM, moisture, thickness, and other production parameters.

* Identify and report machine issues, breakdowns, or quality concerns.

* Coordinate with maintenance, quality control, and production teams to minimize downtime.

* Maintain production records and shift reports.

* Ensure proper utilization of raw materials and minimize wastage.

* Follow production schedules and achieve daily production targets.

* Maintain cleanliness and housekeeping in the production area.

* Adhere to all safety, quality, and company operating procedures.

* Assist in machine setup, grade changes, and routine operational activities.

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month

Education:

• Bachelor's (Preferred)

Experience:

• paper making: 5 years (Preferred)

Language:

• hindi, english (Preferred)
