Job Description – Legal Associate (Ranchi)

Eligibility Criteria

· Male & Female law graduate with 6 months to 1 year of experience, preferably in a law firm.

· Must be enrolled with the State Bar Council.

· Must have cleared the All-India Bar Examination (AIBE) and possess a valid Certificate of Practice (COP).

· Proficiency in English and the local language is mandatory.

· Proficiency in MS Office is required.

· Exposure to Banking & Finance matters will be preferred.

Key Responsibilities

1. Visit empanelled banks/branches for sourcing assignments, legal vetting, and preparation of legal audit reports.

2. Prepare legal opinions and due diligence reports.

3. Visit local and outstation Sub-Registrar Offices.

4. Conduct subject property visits as required.

5. Visit District Courts, Tribunals, and the High Court as instructed.

6. Maintain records of completed assignments.

7. Provide regular feedback and updates to seniors.

8. Research court orders, online revenue records, ROC, and MCA records.

9. Prepare MIS reports and submit them monthly to seniors.

Maintain key account records and build strong professional relationships with clients.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
