JD for Project Management & Operations Analyst

Key Responsibilities:

• Own and manage GPF project in IPMS, including billing and timesheet approvals.
• Ensure timely and accurate invoice submission.
• Drive weekly team meetings to track KPI progress and align Operation priorities.
• Customer and Internal Governance Meeting Actions and Follow-up till completion of Actions
• Maintain GPF Project Health above 95%
• Responsible for appearing in Internal Quality Audit [IQA] and Keep Internal Quality Audit Score above 90% and Close NC Actions within timeline [if any]
• Evaluate & Monitor existing processes and recommend improvements to increase efficiency and productivity
• Maintain each individual Technical Depth Analysis [TDA]
• Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and compliance with company standards.
• Collect, analyze, and interpret operational data to identify trends, performance gaps, and opportunities.
• Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, and KPIs for leadership visibility.
• Support budgeting, forecasting, and cost analysis initiatives.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement operational enhancements
• Closely work with SAG Leaders and Engagement Owners for strategic plan and proactive proposal.
• Maintain Record for the entire team [Hiring Dashboard, On-boarding and Off-boarding, Capability, Case Studies, Training Records, Knowledge Sharing Records]
• Enabling Support during customer visit

Required Qualifications

• Project management experience with PMP Certified
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel
• Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., VB, Power BI, Tableau)
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Knowledge of Lean, Six Sigma, or process improvement methodologies
• More Flexibility

• Experience with SQL or Python for CI, PI Tool Development
