Job Title: Project Manager(Project Management & Construction)

Location: Gurugram

Role Overview:

Artius Interiors Product Pvt. Ltd. is seeking a seasoned and strategic Project Manager to lead end-to-end project execution for our premium portfolio of luxury timber and fenestration solutions. This role will be pivotal in ensuring seamless delivery of high-value residential projects, maintaining the highest standards of quality, precision, and client experience aligned with the brand’s ethos of luxury and excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and oversee the entire project lifecycle from design coordination to final execution and handover
• Drive on-site execution excellence for high-end residential and bespoke timber projects
• Collaborate closely with architects, designers, consultants, and HNI clients to ensure design intent is maintained
• Establish and implement project management frameworks, SOPs, and quality benchmarks
• Manage and mentor project managers, site teams, and vendor partners
• Ensure timely delivery, cost control, and adherence to budgets across projects
• Oversee procurement, vendor management, and contractor performance
• Monitor project risks and implement mitigation strategies proactively
• Uphold the highest standards of safety, quality, and craftsmanship
• Act as a key stakeholder in delivering a seamless luxury customer experience

Key Requirements:

• Bachelor’s/Master’s in Civil Engineering / Architecture / Construction Management
• 5–8 years of experience in luxury residential, high-end interiors, or construction project management
• Proven experience in handling large-scale, high-value projects
• Strong exposure to architect coordination and client-facing roles
• Excellent leadership, stakeholder management, and execution capabilities
• Strong understanding of project planning, budgeting, and quality control systems
• Experience in premium/luxury segments is highly preferred

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹800,000.00 - ₹1,200,000.00 per year
