Customer Relationship Executive

Job Summary :

We at SHRI JI IRRIGATION looking for a Customer Relationship Executive to join our office, a professional who will be responsible for managing and maintaining positive relationships with our clients, ensuring exceptional customer experiences, and addressing their queries and concerns. The role involves working in a rotational shift environment to provide round-the-clock support to our global clients.

Role & Responsibilities:

· ➢ Maintain and update customer databases, ensuring accuracy of contact information
➢ Handling customer inquiries, complaints and requests.
➢ Ability to understand the circumstances and act accordingly.
➢ Keep customers updated regarding order details
➢ Ability to work collaboratively within a team and across departments.
➢ Servicing the client after receiving the order till the time of collection of payment.

Qualifications:

· Ability to hold English And Hindi Conversation.

· Attention to detail and the ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality.

· Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently.
