Job description

We’re looking for a tech-driven Project Manager to spearhead ERP development, customization, and implementation projects. If you’re hands-on with code and confident leading technical teams—this role is for you.

What You'll Do

  • Lead end-to-end ERP development & implementation
  • Translate requirements into robust technical solutions
  • Review code, guide team on architecture & best practices
  • Manage sprints, timelines, scope & deliverables
  • Oversee customizations, API integrations & data migration
  • Drive Agile ceremonies & ensure quality releases
  • Support UAT, training & post-go-live success

Skills We're Looking For

  • Strong development background in ERPNext/Frappe (preferred)
  • Proficiency in Python, JavaScript, REST APIs
  • Deep understanding of ERP modules (HR, Finance, Inventory, CRM, etc.)
  • Strong debugging, problem-solving & team leadership skills
  • Hands-on with SDLC, Git & Agile workflows

Nice To Have

  • Cloud deployment (AWS/Azure/GCP)
  • DevOps exposure: CI/CD, Docker, bench
  • PMP/CSM/Agile certifications
