Full job description
- Handle customer and partner (B2B) queries via phone, email, or chat in a professional and timely manner.
- Coordinate vehicle pick-up and drop-off requests with service partners and Drivers.
- Monitor ongoing service jobs to ensure timely completion and accurate updates.
- Maintain records of transactions, service requests, and issue resolutions.
- Escalate complex issues to the relevant department and follow up for closure.
- Support finance and operations teams with wallet updates, billing queries, and service confirmations.
- Ensure compliance with company processes and customer service standards.
- Provide daily operational reports and feedback to the management team.
