Aptitude Trainer

Job Description:

We are looking for a highly analytical and engaging Aptitude Trainer to deliver structured training in quantitative aptitude, logical reasoning, and verbal ability. The role focuses on preparing students for campus placements, competitive exams, and corporate aptitude rounds through concept clarity, speed-building techniques, and continuous assessment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver training sessions on Quantitative Aptitude, Logical Reasoning, and Verbal Ability
• Teach problem-solving techniques, shortcuts, and time-management strategies
• Design aptitude question banks, sectional tests, and full-length mock tests
• Conduct daily practice sessions and weekly assessments
• Analyze student performance and provide targeted improvement plans
• Handle doubt-clearing sessions and one-on-one mentoring
• Track batch progress and maintain performance reports
• Support placement readiness through aptitude-focused test preparation
• Collaborate with content and operations teams for curriculum enhancement

Skills Required:

• Strong command over Quantitative Aptitude (Arithmetic, Algebra, Data Interpretation)
• Expertise in Logical Reasoning and Verbal Ability
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
• Ability to teach shortcut methods and exam strategies
• Strong communication and presentation skills
• Classroom management and student engagement ability
• Data-driven approach to performance tracking

Important:

• Open to travel for college training assignments (Pan India)
• Comfortable with both classroom and online delivery
• Ability to handle large batches and diverse student levels

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
