Role Description
Codexorr Solutions is looking for a smart, ambitious, and growth-driven Business Development Executive (BDE) to generate quality leads and help expand our global client network through platforms like Upwork and LinkedIn.
This role involves identifying business opportunities, communicating with international clients, understanding project requirements, and contributing to the company’s growth in Mobile App Development, Flutter Development, SaaS, and Web Development services.

Responsibilities
- Identify and bid on relevant projects through Upwork
- Generate leads through LinkedIn outreach and other online platforms
- Communicate with potential clients and understand project requirements
- Build and maintain long-term client relationships
- Coordinate with internal technical teams for proposals and project discussions
- Research market trends and identify new business opportunities
- Maintain professional follow-ups with prospects and clients
Requirements
- 1–3 years of experience in Business Development or IT Sales
- Familiarity with Upwork bidding and LinkedIn lead generation
- Strong communication and proposal writing skills
- Basic understanding of Mobile App / Flutter / SaaS / Web Development services
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and result-oriented mindset
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Good to Have
- Experience handling international clients
- Knowledge of freelance platforms and online bidding portals
- Understanding of digital products and software services
