Job Title: Social Media Manager

Location: Bilekahalli, Bannerghatta Road, Bangalore (Near BTM Layout & Vega City Mall, JP Nagar)
Experience Required: Minimum 1 Year

About the Role

We are looking for a creative and driven Social Media Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in Public Relations (PR) or Media, with hands-on experience in managing and growing social media platforms.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop, implement, and manage social media strategies across platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, etc.)
  • Create engaging content including posts, captions, reels, and campaigns
  • Monitor social media trends, tools, and applications
  • Manage day-to-day social media activities including scheduling and publishing content
  • Track performance metrics and prepare reports to optimize campaigns
  • Collaborate with marketing and design teams for campaign execution
  • Handle audience engagement, comments, and messages professionally
  • Support brand building and PR initiatives through digital platforms

Requirements

  • Minimum 1 year of experience in Social Media Management
  • Background in PR, Media, Communications, or related field preferred
  • Strong understanding of social media platforms and analytics tools
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Creative mindset with attention to detail
  • Ability to multitask and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment

Preferred Skills

  • Experience with content creation tools (Canva, Adobe Suite, etc.)
  • Basic knowledge of paid ads and campaign management
  • Understanding of branding and storytelling
