mTouch Labs is looking for a highly driven and result-oriented Performance Marketing Specialist with 3–8 years of experience to join our growing team immediately. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in planning, executing, and optimizing paid marketing campaigns for a service-based Web & Mobile App Development Company.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan, execute, and optimize paid campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and App Campaigns
• Generate quality leads for Web, Mobile App Development & Digital Transformation services
• Manage campaign budgets, bidding strategies, audience targeting, and ROI optimization
• Track campaign performance using Google Analytics, GTM, Search Console, and reporting tools
• Create high-converting ad copies, landing page strategies, and retargeting campaigns
• Perform keyword research, competitor analysis, and audience segmentation
• Collaborate with design, content, and sales teams for campaign success
• Deliver measurable growth in leads, conversions, and brand visibility

Required Skills:

• 3–8 years of hands-on experience in Performance Marketing
• Mandatory experience in a Service-Based IT Company focused on Web & Mobile App Development
• Strong knowledge of Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Campaign Manager & Analytics Tools
• Experience in B2B lead generation campaigns
• Solid experience and understanding of SEO, SEM, PPC, display advertising, and social media marketing.
• Excellent analytical, communication, and campaign optimization skills
• Immediate joining availability is highly preferred

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹100,000.00 per month
