About the Role

We are looking for a dynamic and people-oriented HR Generalist who can manage day-to-day HR operations, employee engagement, onboarding, attendance, payroll coordination, and induction activities efficiently. The candidate should possess strong communication and coordination skills with the ability to handle multiple HR responsibilities independently.

Key Responsibilities

Onboarding & Induction

  • Handle end-to-end onboarding and joining formalities
  • Conduct induction sessions for new employees
  • Explain company policies, rules, and workplace culture to employees
  • Ensure smooth employee joining experience and documentation process

Attendance & Payroll

  • Maintain employee attendance, leave records, absenteeism, and late-coming reports
  • Coordinate payroll inputs and support monthly salary processing
  • Resolve employee queries related to attendance and payroll

Employee Engagement

  • Organize employee engagement activities and HR initiatives
  • Support employee wellness and workplace satisfaction programs
  • Maintain healthy employee relations and positive work culture

HR Administration

  • Prepare HR letters and employee-related documentation
  • Maintain employee records and HR databases
  • Support training coordination and other HR operational activities

Required Skills

  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Knowledge of onboarding, induction, attendance, and payroll coordination
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Basic knowledge of MS Excel and HR software
  • Ability to work independently and in a team environment

  • Experience in HR Generalist activities
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
  • Immediate joiners preferred

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
