Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate and manage transportation requirements for tours, transfers, and group movements.
- Allocate vehicles and drivers based on itinerary requirements and operational schedules.
- Liaise with transport vendors to ensure availability, service quality, and competitive pricing.
- Monitor vehicle movements and ensure adherence to schedules.
- Handle transportation-related guest requests, complaints, and operational escalations.
- Verify transport invoices, maintain records, and support cost control initiatives.
- Ensure compliance with safety, legal, and company transportation standards.
- Maintain strong relationships with transport suppliers and negotiate rates when required.
- Coordinate with Operations, Sales, and Customer Service teams for smooth tour execution.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly transportation reports and performance metrics.
- Monitor service quality and implement improvements to enhance guest experience.
- Manage emergency situations such as vehicle breakdowns, delays, and route changes.
