Role Overview

As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for end-to-end management of construction projects, from planning through execution and handover. This role requires strong site coordination, decision-making ability, and experience working with multiple stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, execute, and monitor commercial construction projects
• Coordinate with clients, consultants, contractors, and vendors
• Manage project schedules, milestones, and deliverables
• Ensure adherence to quality, safety, and statutory requirements
• Monitor project budgets, variations, and cost control
• Conduct site meetings and report project progress to management
• Resolve on-site technical and execution issues
• Ensure timely completion and smooth project handover

Who Should Apply

• B.Tech / B.E in Civil Engineering (mandatory)
• Minimum 5 years of experience managing commercial projects
• Strong knowledge of construction methodologies and site execution
• Experience working in PMC or with large contractors preferred
• Ability to handle multiple stakeholders and tight timelines
• Proficient in MS Excel, project tracking, and reporting
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

• Calicut, Kerala: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
