Key Responsibilities

  • Customer Service: Maintain a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude while responding promptly to inquiries.
  • Issue Resolution: Resolve complaints efficiently, providing appropriate solutions and alternatives within set time limits.
  • Order & Data Management: Process orders, requests, and modifications while keeping accurate records of customer interactions.
  • Product Expertise: Gain deep knowledge of our offerings to provide accurate information and meet team call-handling quotas.
  • Collaboration: Coordinate with internal teams to streamline service delivery and provide feedback to improve processes.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Education: Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
  • Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication, active listening, and strong time-management skills.
  • Traits: Ability to stay calm under pressure, handle diverse customer temperaments, and prioritize effectively.
  • Systems: Familiarity with CRM systems and practices is highly preferred.
  • Compliance: Ability to strictly follow communication procedures and company policies.

Experience & Eligibility

  • Experience: 0–2 years of proven experience in customer support, incoming calls, or client relations..
  • Salary: As per company standards.
