ole Overview

The HR Intern will support the Human Resources team in recruitment, employee engagement, onboarding, documentation, and day-to-day HR operations. This role provides hands-on exposure to various HR functions and is ideal for individuals looking to build a career in Human Resources.

Key ResponsibilitiesRecruitment & Talent Acquisition

  • Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, and other channels.
  • Screen resumes and shortlist suitable candidates.
  • Conduct initial HR screening interviews.
  • Schedule interviews and coordinate with hiring managers.
  • Maintain candidate databases and recruitment trackers.
  • Follow up with candidates throughout the hiring process.

Employee Onboarding & Documentation

  • Assist in onboarding new hires and interns.
  • Collect and verify employee documents.
  • Prepare offer letters, internship letters, and other HR documents.
  • Maintain employee records and HR databases.

HR Operations

  • Track employee attendance and leave records.
  • Maintain HR reports and MIS data.
  • Assist in policy communication and compliance tracking.
  • Support payroll-related data collection when required.

Employee Engagement

  • Coordinate employee engagement activities and events.
  • Conduct feedback collection and employee surveys.
  • Support learning and development initiatives.
  • Assist in organizing training sessions and workshops.

Requirements

  • Pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor's/Master's degree in HR, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Good organizational and time-management abilities.
  • Basic knowledge of MS Excel, Google Sheets, and MS Office.
  • Willingness to learn HR processes and recruitment practices.
