Junior Accounts Executive – (Freshers Welcome)

Job Summary

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Junior Accounts Executive to support the accounting and financial operations of our ERPNext software company. The ideal candidate will assist with bookkeeping, invoicing, reconciliations, financial documentation, client payment follow-ups, and coordination with internal teams. Freshers with a strong interest in finance and ERP systems are encouraged to apply.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain day-to-day accounting entries and financial records accurately.
• Prepare sales invoices, quotations, payment receipts, and related financial documents.
• Handle accounts receivable and accounts payable activities.
• Perform bank reconciliations and track company expenses.
• Follow up with clients regarding pending payments and account statements.
• Assist with VAT documentation, filing, and compliance activities.
• Support monthly and yearly financial closing processes.
• Maintain proper records of invoices, contracts, and financial reports.
• Coordinate with ERPNext implementation and support teams regarding billing and finance-related activities.
• Assist in financial data migration, validation, and verification when required.
• Support audit and compliance-related tasks.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Basic understanding of accounting principles and financial statements.
• Familiarity with ERP systems, preferably ERPNext, will be an added advantage.
• Proficiency in MS Excel and accounting software.
• Good communication and client coordination skills.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities.
• Understanding of bookkeeping and reconciliation processes.
