Experience Required: 6 months – 2 years (preferred)

Shift Timings:

11:00 AM – 6:00 PM (Work from Office)
11:00 PM – 1:00 AM (Work from Home)

Key Responsibilities

Establish and nurture relationships with prospective clients through multiple outreach channels
Book qualified appointments for the sales team
Understand client needs and propose suitable service solutions
Maintain and update CRM, marketing pipeline, and project management tools
Track KPIs and maintain performance reports
Stay updated on company services and industry trends
Coordinate internally to ensure smooth handover of qualified leads

Qualifications & Skills

Strong English communication (verbal & written)
Good knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, CRM tools, databases)
Excellent interpersonal and organisational skills
Confident, charismatic, and proactive personality
Ability to work independently and take initiative
Strong understanding of sales and marketing industry standards
Preferred: Candidate with a personal laptop (required for 2-hour night WFH shift)
