Job Title: Sales Executive(Loan)
Location: Saki Naka, Andheri East
Experience: 1+Year(Loan Exp preferred)
Salary: 3LPA to 4LPA
Work Mode: Onsite/Frequent travel to Pune
Job Summary:
We are looking for a Loan Sales Executive with strong experience in loan sales and loan processing, specifically for solar-based loan products. The role involves sourcing clients, understanding their loan requirements, coordinating documentation, and ensuring smooth loan disbursement. The position requires regular travel to Pune for client meetings and coordination with partners.
Key Responsibilities:
- Sell and promote solar loan products only (residential/commercial solar financing).
- Identify and onboard new customers interested in solar loans.
- Understand and maintain client loan requirements and eligibility.
- Handle end-to-end loan processing, including:
- Documentation collection
- Verification coordination
- Submission and follow-ups with lenders
- Coordinate with internal teams, banks/NBFCs, and solar vendors.
- Maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure repeat business.
- Achieve assigned sales targets and report daily/weekly activity.
- Travel frequently to Pune for client meetings, site visits, and partner coordination
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Proven experience in loan sales and loan processing.
- Good understanding of loan documentation and credit processes.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to manage multiple clients and follow-ups.
- Willingness and flexibility to travel to Pune regularly.
- Basic computer skills (MS Excel, CRM systems preferred).
