Now, we’re looking for a Performance Marketer (360°)—a curious maverick who’s ready to learn, experiment, and make waves in the world of Google Ads, Meta/Instagram campaigns, GA-4 analytics, and omnichannel growth hacks.

What You’ll Do

● Google Ads :

○ Assist in running Search, Display & Shopping campaigns.

○ Learn to optimize campaigns for clicks, conversions & ROAS.

● Meta/Instagram Ads:

○ Help set up & monitor campaigns across Meta platforms.

○ Understand creatives, targeting, and audience funnels.

● Analytics & Tracking (GA-4):

○ Get hands-on with Google Analytics 4, GTM, dashboards & reporting.

○ Learn to convert raw data into insights for decision-making.

● Omnichannel Exposure:

○ Gain experience in SEO, Email Marketing, UGC Ads & Influencer collabs.

○ Work on SKU-specific campaigns (e.g., Tension Fabrics, Media Walls, Light Boxes).

● Experimentation & Growth Hacks:

○ Assist in A/B testing, retargeting, and CRO strategies.

○ Learn how to make every click count in e-commerce growth.

Who You Are

● A digital-first thinker—curious, creative, and analytical.

● Strong interest or basic knowledge of Google Ads, Meta Ads, and GA-4.

● Pursuing or recently completed a degree in Marketing, Business, Media, or related fields.

● Hungry to learn, experiment & grow into a full-stack marketer.
